It's Official!

I am officially a stay at home mommy. Mr Clean and I made the decision last week and I informed Christ Community Church that I would not be returning. I am so excited to get to raise my kids up in the Lord and spend everyday with them. These past 8 weeks have been so much fun. It's like I've just gotten to know my daughter. She is so much fun and she's only two. She is so smart and loves to learn and talk about creative... she enjoys doing crafts already. That's where I need prayer...crafts are not my strong suite. I mean we can only make so many paper plate animals! I am open to any suggestions if you would like to share your crafting secrets!

I'm very happy for you! I am not very crafty either, but I've adapted over the years! I'll have to pass along some ideas.

Woo hoo! So glad you feel at peace with your decision, and that it is so in line with your heart's desire. I'm sure your little Laney is also loving the extra time with mommy... even if she's sharing it with her brother :)

I am so excited and happy for you. I knew that has been your hearts desire. Lord bless this wonderful family and encourage them greatly as they take this step of faith. Lord just knock their socks off with your blessings. :)

Don't we have such a great Daddy? The desires in our heart really do mean something don't they?

I had a hunch when I stopped at church yesterday to get some paperwork done after physical therapy and DIDN'T see your smiling face. However...there is a smiling face there and that is good. :)

When I am a bit more mobile we'll have to get together and chat!

I echo all my sisters in saying how happy I am for you!

Our family was praying that you would be able to find a way to do it. If you ever need anything at all, please call or just pop on down. :)

I agree with everyone else - HOORAY! I am so happy for you!

I also am looking for craft ideas - coloring is always fun and simple to do, but I am trying to branch out more in simple things!
